Spencer does it again! Triathlon number two (number three is next week). He was looking forward to this race. He did it last year and really enjoyed the experience. He had two goals: beat his time from last year and beat his friend. He did both. He beat last years time by 10 minutes. The day was perfect for swimming 500 yards, biking 12 miles and running 4 miles. It was a bit humid but sufficient cloud cover. We are so proud of him!
